All returns should be initiated within 14 days. Restocking fee can be up to 50% charge depending on the condition of the item. All wrongful orders, Mistake shipments needs to be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. All returning item must be in ORIGINAL condition. |

Please provide two pictures of the item to show the condition of the package and the condition of the content. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation refund invoice to your e-mail that you have purchased with and the refund will be made to the same payment you have paid with. We do not offer any exchange service. You may return the item and make a new purchase for the new Item. If you have received a wrong item than what you have ordered, then please e-mail us with Order number, Name, Contact Information and two Pictures to show the condition of package and the content. |
